Vendor update

We expect a variety of vendors at the market is week. Lisa with Eilerman Bros. and Rhonda of Cadet Creek will have a selection of late summer vegetables and pastry treats. We can expext tomatoes, squash, melons, watermelons, cucumbers, a variety of peppers, potatoes and more. Sunny Creek will be there with a selection of beef, pork, chicken and eggs. Sanctuary Farms is expected with a selection do produce as well as hand made crafts.

Other vendors include local honey from Bob and Honey Badger, award winning pork products from the Robinson family, empanadas and cookies from El Chico. Princess Specialty breads should be there with a variety of healthy sugar free (and some gluten free) breads.

Kathleen will be there with a huge selection of handmade soaps. Mary will have her custom jewelry as well as Debbie with her selection of Silpada jewelry.

Stop by and check out March Lady with her planters of exotic succulents. Maria will be the with scarves and purses and Matt Keim will have a beautiful selection of turned wood products.

Art House Coffee will have a selection of small patch locally roasted coffees with a portion of the proceeds going to support the Turner Center for the Arts.

Jennifer will be bringing a gorgeous collection of hand made pottery – that alone is worth the trip to the market.

No trip to the market is complete without a stop at Ray-Rays Kettle Corn and lunch options from PM BBQ.

Just for S&G to Entertain

Steve and Greg of Just for S & G is a duo that tries to bring a sense of fun to their music. They have been playing music together since 1987 when Steve finished his tour of duty of in the U.S. Navy. Steve plays 6 and 12 string guitars as well as the occasional harmonica. Greg plays guitar, acoustic and electric, and if the occasion calls for it, he might sneak in a banjo or ukulele.

Wildwood Farmers Market is a part of Founders Day

This weekend, the Wildwood Farmers Market will be an integral part of the Wildwood Founders Day event in the Wildwood Town Center. The market will start at 8:30 as usual but will continue until 5 p.m. The Founders Day activities start with a parade at 10 and continue throughout the day with a car show and scout-a-rama pony rides and much more.
