Blue Strings to Entertain Sept. 13

We are thrilled to have the Blue Strings as our entertainment for opening day at the market. They are a local bluegrass band that will be sure to put a swing in your step and a smile to your face as you wonder the market.

This group of skilled musicians from diverse backgrounds collaborated to perform at a local festival for a single show. What transpired was music magic and led to the formation of Blue Strings. The band strives to share their love of bluegrass and country through crisp vocals and a high level of musicianship. Add a little humor to the mix and you’ve got yourself a great show.

Eric Parrent (vocals, mandolin, guitar, jokester)
Rachel Parrent (vocals, smiles)
Jack West (vocals, guitar, dobro, mandolin, rockstar)
Bob Worley (banjo, tuning)
