Vendor Information

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the market, we ask that you first read and review the information under market guidelines and the vendor registration form. If you feel as though you meet the requirements then please fill out the online application. The form will be sent to us. We will review it and contact you regarding a status. It may take us up to 2 business days to reply. If you have not heard from us within that time frame, a gentle reminder is appropriate.
Please keep in mind, as market season begins vendor spaces may become full or more limited in avaibility. The time it takes for us to respond to your inquiries MAY increase due the busy-ness of the season. We have over 85 vendors that we communicate with on a regular basis during the season, your patience is appreciated.

Things to consider when applying
1) We are a farmers market and keep the vendor ratio higher and priortize vendors that grow and produce, local, seasonal produce, meats, eggs and farm products.
2) YOU MUST be the producer of the items you are bringing to market.
3) You must comply with all regulations according to the St Louis County Health Department and have all permits needed. The links to the regulations and permits are posted below.
4) As a note to the above mentioned Health Dept regulations, any baking, cooking, food preparation MUST be done in an approved health department kitchen facility. In the case of home canned and preserved foods, some foods may need a USDA Low Acid Better Processing certification.
